Five (5) members shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, and shall hold office for a period of five (5) years.

Meetings
Meetings are generally held the fourth Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. at the Ponderosa Villa conference room. Notice of the meetings are generally both published in the Crawford Clipper/Harrison Sun and posted at City Hall.
Powers & Duties
Per State Statute, the members of the Ponderosa Villa Board shall (1) be residents of such city or village, (2) have charge of the facility, and (3) have the power to establish rules for the management, operation, and use of the facility.
